I've created this Complete body Pilates Course for those that need more challenge (this course is a step-up from The fundamentals of Pilates for complete beginners) If you are looking to challenge your Pilates practise to upgrade from beginners and move towards an improver/ intermediate level this is a good place for you to start This course will support you in developing your Pilates workouts with higher levels of challenge; leaving you feeling healthy and strong without aches and pains. The course is designed over a four-week period, however, each of us has different schedules and abilities. To allow for this you have open access to all the course materials for a period of 3months.
