I’m so glad you made it and look forward to moving with you on the mat. I’ve created a weekly planner for you that is downloadable, I encourage you to download this document and add it into your schedule. This practice of committing to yourself on paper will allow you to reach your goal. Goal setting gives us a map that leads us towards our vision, for some that may be to get more flexible other more healthy. What's important is that you have a schedule to take you towards your destination, step by step, helping you to align your intentions to get closer to your goal. Complete the vision pdf before you create your ideal schedule with the weekly planner pdf!

This program has all the content you need to master the fundamentals of Pilates and create a healthy mindset. However, I want you to take action, take the time to reflect on the workouts you have learnt, look at obstacles that are preventing you from completing this course and set healthy boundaries to complete each section. If you do that you will see results quickly.
