Bonus Goal Setting Meditation session (10mins)

As a bonus track, I have included a 10min meditation audio. If you are new to meditation I suggest you build up to the 10min duration maybe start with 2/3mins on your first session and build up the duration with each practise session. For extra motivation, I suggest writing what you would like to achieve with this meditation practise, possibly a time or a date you would like to achieve, add this to your vision sheet.
